Welcome to the United Veterans Memorial and Patriotic Association site. The UVMPA is an umbrella organization chartered by the City of New Rochelle that handles Veteran responsibilities and civil duties involving the military.

The UVMPA take great pride being the liaisons between the veterans and the community we live in and incorporating patriotism and pride in our military in all we do.

The UVMPA handles all Veterans affairs and duties throughout the City of New Rochelle from attending ceremonies to handling large events like the organizing of the annual Memorial Day Event and Parade, the 9/11 Memorial Ceremonies, Veterans Day Ceremonies, Flag Retirements, Graveyard Services and Death Services as well as having Color Guard and Rifle Detail available.
The UVMPA has been invited to schools to discuss military history with young people, the significance of being a proud American and the history behind the American Flag. The UVMPA have been recognized for their service & dedication to educating young, teaching and serving as military historians. What the UVMPA has to offer is not only dedication to interweaving civilian and military communities together, but providing a strong comradeship and to returning servicemen. The UVMPA provides veterans a way to ease them back into civilian living helping them with everything from how to obtain veteran benefits to helping them feel that there is always somewhere they can be where the camaraderie runs deep.
